Searcher left the dock Saturday morning on trip #46, 7-Day Ultra Limited Load, October 12th – 19th. We drove down south for two days and picked up where we left off! Today was another epic day down the beach. The tuna fishing is as good as it gets. Full speed 50-80lb fish.

Cook trip from Sean aka “Monkey”! His receipt for cooking fresh wahoo or yellowtail caught on the last trip. Use a cast iron skillet, preheat butter or olive oil and season before cooking with either Bayou Cajun seasoning or Montreal Steak seasoning. Enjoy!
