Welcome to a new segment we are calling “Catching up with Anglers!”

We love stay in touch with our Searcher family aka anglers, to share 🎣fish stories, recreate the excitement, swap tackle tips, reunite with old friends and maybe make new ones. We thought it would be fun to see how our anglers are holding up and share some of their stories. Hopefully they can give you ideas of things we can be doing with your time or help you feel better. Today is Tackle Tip Thursday! Today we have Captain Art giving us a great Tackle Tip. Did you miss our Tackle Talk Live? We have the full video posted on our YouTube channel. Here is Captain Art’s must-have lure for bluefin fishing.  He gives us two lures you must have in your tackle box for bluefin fishing: the Colt Sniper and the flat fall or butterfly lure. Captain Art suggests having 3-4 in your tackle box.

🎉Congratulations🎉 to our crewman Ryan Lindahn is now Captain Ryan!

Ryan received his 100-ton US Coast Guard Merchant Mariner’s License recently and we are super proud. ⚓He worked hard and achieved his goal of pursuing his career on the ocean.🌊

Captain Ryan will be joining our other captains: Art, Kenny, Mike and Armando in all the same great customer service on deck, but stepping up to more captain duties as well!

Tackle Talk live was a hit. We tackled tackle. We got your tackle box ready for fishing season! We know times are tough, and maybe buying more gear isn’t an option. Let’s focus on using what you’ve got and getting it organized for the fishing season. We focused on 1.5 to 4 day trips.⁠ We gave you all the must haves for your tackle box from 1.5 to 4 day trips.
