July 23rd, 2020|Captain Mike's Blog, Tackle Tip Thursday|

Happy Tackle Tip Thursday! Today, we have Captain Mike who shares a great Tackle Tip. The diamond lure is one that Captain Mike has had in his tackle box for some time. He found his that has lasted a long time at the swap-meet but he says you can find them at any sporting good store or your local tackle shop. they are effective on a Bluefin tuna.(proof pictured here.) The go-to seemed to be the diamond lure. Especially something heavy and shiny. Angler Kessler caught his first bluefin hooked on a 10 oz rock cod lure or diamond lure the same one in the video.

Thank you Captain Mike for the great tackle tip.
