Good afternoon anglers:

We started off our morning fishing for bluefin. We have had a little luck getting them to bite on 40lb fly-lined baits and flat falls.

Here is Chantel D. with a 75lb. bluefin caught on her spinning rod. Chantel is trying her hand at tuna fishing and came to San Diego long-range from British Columbia, Canada. We are gonna stay here for the day and see what happens. Wish us luck!

Good evening anglers,

We left the dock this morning and started fishing for yellowtail this afternoon. We had very good results with using 30lb test with flourocarbon and a 2/0 hook. We also had good results with yoyo jigs. Here is Lisa F. with one of her nice yellowtails. Good afternoon fellow anglers:

We’re checking in mid-day on our Let’s Talk Hookup seminar trip, also sponsored by Gamakatsu. We have been fishing for yellowtail this morning with some good results.

Good Evening Anglers:

We started off are our day looking for kelps, with the first dorado hitting the deck on Searcher in 2019! We then fished bluefin in the afternooon and had some really good oppportunites at catching some quality bluefin tuna. Kenneth L. posed with a beautiful bluefin tuna.
