Reserve a local San Diego Fish Processor for a dockside reservation as soon as you book your fishing trip. Same day fillet service may be available. Make sure to call and or go on their website to check dates and available after booking your trip. The Fish Processor will need to know the date your trip returns to Fisherman’s Landing and the approximate return time. Searcher typically returns to the dock around 6 AM. 2. Fillet It Yourself

You can take your whole fish home in order to fillet or can it yourself. Ice is available for purchase at Fisherman’s Landing Tackle Shop to keep your fish cold while you travel.
