Call your preferred processor for a dockside reservation as soon as you book your fishing trip. Same day fillet service may be available.

2. Fillet It Yourself

You can take your whole fish home in order to fillet or can it yourself. Your catch can be filleted the same day. Ice is available for sale at the landing for keeping fish cold while you travel home.

Tuna

Your fish is preserved in Searcher’s 30-degree saltwater fish hold until your trip’s end. That’s called “sushi-grade!”
