Trip #18 | July 5 – 8, 2025 | Seeker Rods Sponsored
Hello Anglers,
We drove out of Fisherman’s Landing Saturday morning on our 3-day Seeker Rods sponsored trip, July 5 – 8, 2025. Fishing has been good the past couple of days. Saturday night we had good opportunities on some bluefin tunas ranging from 60 – 150 lbs. Sunday afternoon we did some plunker style daytime fishing. After sun sets, we’re hoping for another active night.

Trip #17 | July 2 – 5, 2025 | 4th of July
Hello Anglers,
We’re out on our 4th of July 3-day trip #17, July 2 – 5, 2025. We’ve been seeing a lot of action with both day and night bites. Daytime fishing was dominated by sinker rigs, while a variety of smaller profile jigs have proven successful at night.

Trip #16 | June 30 – July 2, 2025 | Let’s Talk Hook Up
Hello Anglers,
Searcher returned Wednesday morning, July 2, 2025, from our 2-day Let’s Talk Hook Up Trip #16, June 30 to July 2, 2025. Monday night and Tuesday afternoon we had opportunities on tunas ranging from 20lbs. to 120lbs. When Tuesday night rolled around the action wouldn’t quit. We stopped on a school and the tuna were biting. All 20 anglers got a bite and several had a couple.
This was a great trip, with good weather and action throughout. We got to celebrate Tyler’s 16th birthday with him, anglers aboard received great giveaways from the Let’s Talk Hook Up crew and all our anglers went home with plenty of fish.
After all the anglers debarked the boat and the fish were offloaded this morning, we loaded a new of anglers and drove out on our 4th of July trip. We’ll be on the water from Wednesday, July 2 to Saturday, July 5, 2025. Stay tuned for updates.

Trip #15 | June 27 – 30, 2025 | 3-Day Weekend Limited Load
Good Evening Anglers,
Searcher left Fisherman’s Landing Friday morning on trip #15, a 3-day weekend limited load, June 27 – 30, 2025. Last night we saw good opportunities on tunas ranging from 120lbs to 190lbs. The weather has been good, and we’ll see what tonight brings us.
Gear suggestion for the upcoming trip, a heavy rod for nighttime, 50-pound dropper loop and a couple flyline rods.

Trip #14 | June 24 – 27, 2025 | 2.5-Day Limited Load
Hello Anglers,
We left Fisherman’s Landing Tuesday afternoon on trip #14, 2.5-day limited load, June 24 – 27, 2025. The past couple of nights we’ve seen good signs of fish and have had some nice opportunities on 40 – 200 lbs. The weather has been good and we have one more night before heading home. We’ll see what the day brings.

Trip #13 | June 20 – 23, 2025 | Eric Sonner Charter
Hello Anglers,
Monday morning we returned from trip #13, a 3-day charter with Eric Sonner. The weather was a little challenging this past weekend with the winds not in our favor. The fish didn’t want to bite, but on the second night the weather calmed and we managed to land some quality grade tunas.
Yesterday afternoon we left on trip #14, 2.5-day, June 24 – 27, 2025. We are having good weather on this trip, and we’ll see what today has in store.

Trip #12 | June 17 – 20, 2025 | James Thomas Invitational
Good Evening,
We left Fisherman’s Landing Tuesday afternoon on a 2.5-day trip on the James Thomas Invitational, June 17 – 20, 2025. We saw good signs of fish all day Wednesday, but very tough to get a bite during the day. Last night they were a little frisky and we had some good opportunities on 80-180lb fish. Today we spent the day rockfishing. We’ll see what tonight brings.

Searcher left Fisherman’s Landing Friday morning on our Accurate Fishing sponsored trip #11, 3-day running June 13 – 16, 2025. On our drive out, Kenny the Accurate Fishing Pro-Staffer passed out t-shirts for all the anglers and crew. Several anglers won Accurate giveaways.
When we got to the zone last night, we had a few good opportunities with plenty of fish to try for. This morning we changed modes and scratched away at some mixed grade yellowtail. We’ve had nice weather today and we’ll see what we can come up with tonight.
