Howdy anglers, Today we targeted some different species and they didn’t bite. But we managed to catch some more yellows along the way as we worked up the line to get us in position to try for some tuna. Those things gotta bite sometime soon so we’re hoping tomorrow is the day! The weather is great going up had sun all day long and it’s great traveling up so cross your fingers for us tomorrow and we will let you know how it pans out. Good angling and hope to see ya on the water soon, Capt. Aaron

Howdy anglers, Wow, another great day for us aboard SEARCHER! It all started at daylight at Cedros Island when we had steady action whenever the boat stopped. The quality of fish today was what we call PREMIUM since they are averaging 25 to 38 lbs each. So we’re off to attempt some more fishing tomorrow and hope we can repeat it again. Tip of the day: There is no mackeral too big! Just to prove my point, I grabbed the biggest one in the tank and I got a bite. So good angling and hope to see ya on the water soon, Capt. Aaron
Howdy Anglers, For our first day at San Benitos for the afternoon we had a great time and we’re all stoked! We had some steady action from the time we got here at about 4 p.m. until dark. Most of our fish are 15to 18 lbs with a couple of nicer sized ones in the mix So we’re headed to Cedros to target some premiums. All the techniques worked today: yoyo jigs, sardines, and surface lures. Good angling and hope to see ya on the water, Capt. Aaron
