Great-white shark viewing at Guadalupe Island
We get lots of questions about how all this works. Take a look and picture yourself IN the cage!
Thank You to a Great Man
Art and I would like to pay tribute to Bill Poole, the man who made Art’s career a reality. We are sad that he has left us but will be eternally grateful for his wise counsel and friendship over the years. And a great thank-you to Bill and Ingrid Poole for building what would become our beloved Searcher almost 40 years ago! Celia

Hey anglers, We had another excellent day of fishing at Cedros Island. Most of the fish landed today were in the 25 pounds plus size. We caught some mackerel for bait last night and so they came in handy for those better-grade fish. The method of choice was 40 pound line and 5/0 or 6/0 hook flyline mackerel. Everyone caught close to their limit of yellowtail today and so we elected to try offshore this afternoon. Unfortunatley we didn’t have any success with the tuna. We have great weather and we are going to try offshore tomorrow for dorado and yellowfin tuna. More tomorrow, Capt Art
